I attended the speed endurance seminar in Pajulahti a week ago. It was also Seppo Haavisto memorial seminar. Seppo made a prominent career on coaching 400m distances. Seppo’s former trainees Juha Pyy, Vesa-Pekka Pihlavisto and Janne Mäkelä presented Seppo’s coaching method’s. They were grounded on hard and committed work.
